When your pack arrives, place your jewelry inside the envelope and send it to Alpha Gold Buyers. Once we receive your Alpha Gold Pack, your payment will be processed within 24 hours.

2. SEND US YOUR GOLD

All you need to do is fill out the customer form, put your gold items in the bag, put the form and bag in the sturdy and secure Mailing Envelope and drop it in the mail. We’ve even prepaid the postage and self-insured the package, making the entire process a snap. We use the FedEx Priority Overnight Service for a fast, reliable and trackable method of sending and receiving your gold. This means your gold jewelry package can be tracked in a safe and secure manner. Once we receive your package, it is immediately scanned into our system. We then send an email to you, letting you know your pack has arrived at our processing facility.

3. RECEIVE YOUR CASH

We call you and tell you the exact amount we offer for your items. If you are willing to accept our offer, we can immediately mail out your check to you OR we will deposit the amount directly into your bank account on the same day.
