A: Nothing is too small or large ! Any quantity is welcomed. 

Q: If I have gold jewelry that isn’t marked, should I send it in anyway?
A: Yes! Very few gold jewelry items are unmarked, but now and then, an older piece shows up that while unmarked is actually gold. We will test such items and if the seller desires, return them if they are not gold. 

Q: How do I sell you my gold?
A: Simply fill in the form on our web site or give us a call and we will arrange for insured, overnight FedEx shipping FREE. We'll make you an offer and send you a check or make a direct deposit into your bank account the SAME DAY. 

Q: I would rather bring my gold to you in person. Can I do that?
A: You certainly can. At Alpha Gold Buyers, customers are welcome to visit us anytime.

Q: When I ship you my gold, do I have to pay for it myself?
A: Alpha Gold Buyers always pays for all of your shipping. When you fill in the form on our web site, we'll send you an insured, overnight FedEx shipping envelope FREE. Just send us your gold jewelry in it and we'll evaluate your items and make you a SAME DAY offer. 

Q: How can I be certain that my jewelry will be safe while it is in transit to Alpha Gold Buyers facility?
A: Alpha Gold Buyers places great emphasis on protecting every customer’s property against loss while in transit to our facility. Every Alpha Gold Pack postage-paid mailing envelope is also pre-insured for up to $1,000.

Q: What happens to the diamonds or colored gemstones in my jewelry?
A: We remove any prong-mounted diamonds of ½-carat or larger and have them appraised separately. The value of these is then added to the seller’s cash offer. We do not buy any colored gemstones. If a seller wishes, we can return the gemstones that we don’t buy.

Q: Am I obligated to sell you my gold when I ship it to you for evaluation?
A: No. When you ship your jewelry to Alpha Gold Buyers, you are under no obligation to accept our offer. We evaluate your item and call you with our offer the same day we receive your item. If you decide not to sell to us, we simply ship your item back to you the same day.

Q: How will you pay me, and how soon?
A: When you sell us your gold, you have a wide variety of payment options. We can pay you by Check, PayPal, or a direct deposit into your checking account. Just let us know which payment method you prefer, and we'll pay you the same day you accept our offer, whether that means mailing you a check or making a direct deposit into your bank account.
